Policies
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for all trips except off-shore canyon trips which requires $599 down.

The Captain will confirm the trip 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- The Captain determines all cancellations due to sea conditions
- RAIN is NOT a factor.
- Charter cancelled due to weather, or for any reason beyond our control, will be rescheduled.
- If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be arranged
Additional Trip Information
- All trips are 1 to 6 passengers with 6 as the maximum.
- Be on time.
- No illegal drugs.
- Mate works for tips; 15% is typical
- Captain has the final decision on weather cancellations.
